AquaBoard

AquaBoard is a plasterboard , 12.5 mm thick, for external use, tapered edges, composed of a high-density core, water resistant and water-repellent coating, weather resistant and with reduced water absorption (<3%), for the construction of walls, ceilings, linings outdoors or indoors (swimming pools, Spas......). It is resistant to decomposition, delamination and deterioration due to direct exposure during the construction phase and can be used as a base for different exterior finishing systems (direct render / EIFS).

Applications:

  • Construction of walls, linings, ceilings, outdoors and indoors in rooms with high humidity (swimming pools, SPA ...)
  • New works, and renovations

Benefits:

  • AquaBoard system is tested anc certified with technical assessment issued by ITC-CNR
  • Resistant to moisture/fungi/mold
  • Once installed can be exposed during construction phases up to 6 months, with no need to carry out the immediate rendering or surface protection
